Traffic Diversion in Place for Motorists as Arrangement Work in Kota Tua

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) applies traffic engineering in Kota Tua and its surroundings following the arrangement carried out at the location.

In supporting the arrangement, we will implement traffic engineering based on stages of work

Traffic engineering is already effective from today, Monday (4/18).

Jakarta Dishub Head Syafrin Liputo mentioned the arrangement in Kota Tua was carried out on Jalan Kali Besar Utara, Jalan Kali Besar Timur, Jalan Kemukus, Jalan Ketumbar, Jalan Lada, Jalan Lada Dalam, and Jalan Jembatan Batu.

"In supporting the arrangement, we will implement traffic engineering based on stages of work. Stage 1 will be effective from April 18 to 25, 2022 and Stage 2 from April 26 until finish," he explained, Monday (4/18).

Here is information regarding traffic engineering implemented in Kota Tua:

A. Stage 1 (from April 18 to 25, 2022)

Traffic from Jalan Kemukus to Jalan Ketumbar will be divided to two lanes that lead to Jalan Lada (one lane), and Jalan Lada Dalam (one lane)

B. Stage 2 (from April 26, 2022 until finish)

Jalan Kemukus, Jalan Ketumbar, Jalan Lada, and Jalan Lada Dalam will be closed for pedestrian plaza, while traffic on Jalan Lada Dalam will be divided into two lanes

"We call on road users to avoid these roads and adjust to the traffic engineering that has been set," he asserted.
